The process of grief is a natural one. Although the loss of a loved one is never easy, it can be made more bearable by sharing the burden with others. At Seton we are here to help you on your journey.
If you need to discuss and vent your feelings to people who understand in a non-judgmental environment or find solace in seeking help from the Lord, we are here for you. Don't go through grief alone. Â
We have several grief support groups to help you at whatever stage of grief you may be at.
This is a group that you come to as you can. If you’ve suffered the loss of a loved one and don’t feel ready yet to commit to a weekly series then this group is for you. We meet once a month on the 1st Thursdays, and meetings alternate each month between meeting in the morning from 10:30am-12:00am and meeting in the evening from 6:30pm - 8:00pm in room 101 of the Faith Formation Center.   WHEN THERE IS A GRIEF SERIES OCCURING THERE IS NO MONTHLY GROUP.
You do not have to register for the monthly meetings, just come as you need.
With the support of the faith community, we can give voice to our unique journeys of grief and find healing and spiritual growth. Seasons of Hope sessions help us explore mourning through scripture, prayer, reflection activities and faith sharing. Seasons of Hope is centered on Jesus Christ and grounded in the healing wisdom, traditions, and practices of the Catholic Church. This is a 6 week series offered several times a year. you can also click the link below to be taken directly to the registration form.Â
