Welcome Team

Do you remember your first day at a new school or workplace? You may have felt lost and alone—visiting a new place for the first time can be intimidating! This can also be true for visitors to our church.
Sign up to be a part of our welcome team!
The welcome team is responsible for making the first personal connection with visitors and newcomers. We also play an important role in helping returning guests feel welcomed back to church.
There are several roles to consider joining on the welcome team:

After Mass Welcomer: You will be trained how to greet visitors, direct them to various destinations throughout the buildings, and answer basic questions about the church.
Donut Sunday Welcomer: On our monthly Donut Sundays we will have stationery displays set up with information about various groups, ministries and events. This is another opportunity to have a welcome team member present to answer questions or provide resources.
Telephone Welcome Team: This team will phone new parishioners to welcome them to the parish. Scripted calls will be made from the parish phones on an as needed occasional basis.
Newcomer Lunch Team: This team will help plan and execute our bi-annual Newcomers lunches to be held in April and November.
